Caitlin is responsible for delivering DataKind’s core offerings, ensuring that high quality, impactful data science interventions are created in partnership with social sector leaders. Under her leadership, DataKind launched its flagship portfolio of work in frontline health systems, which has led to global partnerships and publications, and the release of a digital public good: the Data Observation Toolkit. Caitlin has also led the development and launch of portfolios of work in economic resilience and environmental justice. She is an advocate for open data and open data systems, and is a thought leader in making data available to government and policy actors working in community health and well-being. Caitlin holds a BSIE and a PhD from the University of Miami.

About Celia Cintas, PhD
Celia Cintas is a Staff Research Scientist at IBM Research Africa, based in Nairobi. She is a member of the AI Science team at the Kenya Lab. Her current research focuses on the improvement of ML techniques to address challenges on global health and exploring subset scanning for anomaly detection under generative models. Previously, she was a grantee from the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET), working on Deep Learning for populations studies at LCI-UNS and IPCSH-CONICET (Argentina) as part of the Consortium for Analysis of the Diversity and Evolution of Latin America (CANDELA). During her PhD, she was a visitor student at the University College of London (UK). She was also a Postdoc researcher visitor at Jaén University (Spain). She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Universidad del Sur (Argentina). Co-chair of several Scipy Latinamerica conferences, Financial Aid Co-Chair for the SciPy (USA) Committee (2016-2019), and Diversity Co-Chair for SciPy (2020-2022). Dr. Isabel Fletcher works in the Data for Science & Health team at the Wellcome Trust in London, where she leads the funding of impactful data science research to address major global health challenges, including Climate and Health.
Isabel has led funding initiatives including leveraging AI for synthesising evidence for climate and health policy, the development of a community of practice for climate-sensitive infectious disease research and bridging gaps in equitable access to technology and infrastructure for impactful policymaking.
With a background in climate and health, she has published research modelling climate-sensitive infectious diseases globally, co-authored IPCC assessment reports, and worked at the WHO/WMO Joint Office for Climate & Health.

With over 9 years of experience in data science consulting, he has delivered data science projects for organizations in various industries spanning geospatial analytics, computer vision, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, market mix modeling, record deduplication, and time series forecasting. His recent work focuses on using geospatial machine learning for nature-based solutions and the renewable energy transition. His work on aquaculture mapping was featured in the NeurIPS 2023 Workshop on Tackling Climate Change with Machine Learning.
